All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates dirhams) and may change without notice. Prices may include or exclude VAT as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders if there is a clear pricing error or fraudulent activity.
We ship within the UAE only. Orders are delivered based on your location and the courier’s schedule. Free delivery across the UAE is available when you spend AED 150 or more. Once a courier hands over your order to your specified address, responsibility passes to you.
Return window: You may return items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Process: Contact us via phone or email to request a return; we may ask for photos to confirm the item’s condition.
Exclusions: We cannot accept returns of opened or damaged products unless the defect existed at delivery.
Refunds: Shipping charges are generally non‑refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we inspect and approve the returned items.
